Return Policy

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us through your orders page or reach us at support@tuemmlerandharris.com.

Once we confirm your return, ship the item to our returns address below. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Previously Owned Items

Any previously owned items sold in our shop will be clearly marked as such at the time of purchase. Previously owned items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissioned pieces are made to order and may be cancelled before work begins. Once materials have been procured or construction has started, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us or message us through your orders page to discuss your situation.
